Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery Across India: 4–7 Business Days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Trulio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.
